We come here for the annual dragon boat festival and sometimes even enter a team, great family day out, even if the weather isn't on your side

Business site with parking. Path was signed off as private but also as the fitness trial (public access) so very confusing. Try and ignore the constant noise of the M27 to one side (literally a stones throw) and it's a nice walk along a large lake.

It is a great place to work, ample amount of work space with beautiful lakeside views, great place to unwind. But I have two complaints.1) smokers outside the designated smoking area, not a pleasant sight of smell.2) And on many occasions I constantly see the young receptionist and other lakeside personnel engaging in inappropriate conversations towards a young man from 'mighty' for extensive amount of time. Surly there should be work to be getting on with. It should be a professional work place.

Never had a bad experience here but today I went in and ordered a salted caramel frappuchino with Soya milk because I am lactose intolerant and vegan. The server started my order then got my attention to let me know that the salted caramel is not vegan! And they very kindly changed my order for a vegan option. No other costa has ever told me this and I have been ordering this drink for a while!Really lovely service and appreciate the honesty xx

There's a great park run held here every Saturday morning at 0900, there's a large free car park and a branch of Starbucks for drinks and breakfast after doing the 5km run.

Great office park outside of Portsmouth with multiple organisations with offices there plenty of open space to relax and work

Very nice tidy place. There is a lake behind the complex which made the hole area beautiful. Couple of different species bird can be observed n the lake side. The lake is a very good choice for carp fishing. If you want to fish here you have to be member of Portsmouth Angling Club. There is a nice walk way. During work break many staff walk through the lake side.
