Trying to change my seat and the website and app don't work. As usual BA are just bad at everything. I only use them when they have a monopoly over certain routes and cringe everytime I have to give them money. All the benefits of Ryanair with the prices of a good airline.

Worste airline known to man, how can you lose / not load so many bags. Out of 10 trips with BA my bag has been lost 3 times. Also to add my email to track my baggage it won't let me save. What a terrible system. How can there be no liability when you take my bag from me but cannot deliver and take my money! Shocking company and service

Just choose another airline.Last time they started rescheduling my flights so I was supposed to board my connecting flight before actually I could get to this airport! Obviously, it was me who spotted the problem so they... cancel all my flights.Now they delay compensation for a delayed luggage. Why? Haven't received a legal reason yet, but I've been asking only for 3 weeks now.Just choose another airline, because if anything happens (and it happens, it's natural) they will not help you.

The worst airline I've ever flown on.We flew to Scotland for 12 days with British Airways, they lost our luggage.Their customer service is hard to come by. You have to wait a long time on the line, and even when they answer, the representatives are indifferent, lack empathy and do not give solutions, the only sentence is wait
