Visited here today, they have some beautiful fireplaces and stoves. I didn't ask who the man was I was dealing with but I think he might have been the owner, lovely man and really helpful.

Got a Henley stove few years back. Ànd was drawing air.. first of all brian (I think you called him) came out to see and advised that it might be drawing to much from above. So I paid a builder to come back and re do the whole thing. But still the same. So went back to the store and advised to ring the manufacturer not anything he could do.. of course this was a waste of time as they won't do anything. So a 1200 quid lesson learned. Pay for what you get. I'll get a vid at some point to show the stove working with the air flap at the back open and closed doesn't make one bit of a difference. A Irish company with Chinese stoves.

What a great company to deal with, from start to finish expertly planned and executed. Can't fault Brian and his team. Thank you. guys
