I think out of convenience I returned here. The previous time I wasn't impressed with the job they had done. Same this time. They have used cleaning sprays which have marked the inside of the car. They missed plenty of hoovering, cleaning of door surrounds. Before even leaving the grounds the car had mud splashed on, which I asked them to clean off. £40, total waste. Avoiding in future.

One of the best car wash around Chester. Spot on cleaning. My car didn't smelled so better inside since I bought it . Thank you lads for a very prompt and proper job. ! Chester car care 5/5 ! It's open 9am to 5pm so give it a go. ! Cheers

Not a very good wash overall. Door pockets still had bits in them and they even charged me an extra £5 as they said “it was really dirty”. This wasn’t discussed before hand and I’d argue it wasn’t even bad. Despite my complaints this charge still stood. If you want a proper job done go somewhere else. I will be.

Do not recommend! I was recommended this by someone I know, so didn’t read the reviews. Big mistake! Had my P plates on, they asked if I wanted to keep them and I said that they can remove them. When I said remove them I was thinking fully remove, not leaving half of the sticker on, on the front and the glue residue on the back. Unfortunately I did not check how the job was done before leaving as I paid 40£ for professional" car wash and with my trust in people actually doing their job properly and accordingly to the price

Just paid £40 for the worlds worst mini valet. Polish left on the windscreen & mirrors so you couldn’t see through them. Dashboard not touched, was still thick with dust. Door sills not touched, still muddy. Door pockets not cleaned. They just passed the book when we returned to complain. One of the blokes from there came to the car and give it a quick flick over but wasn’t much of an improvement. DO NOT use this car wash it is way over priced for a very poor attempt of a valet. We will never return.

Did not wash my car properly, I wish I had done it myself. Refused to dry the car and didn’t even put tyre shine… but got paid £10 pounds for the poor work. Everyone please avoid this place like a plague… they are not nice people at all.

Asked for mini valet for 30 quid, all we got was a car wash, expensive car wash. Absolute rip off.

Been using them for years, used to be the best car wash for miles but this is the second time in 3 weeks I’ve been and had to wash the car again when I got home as they missed so much dirt on it.I won’t be returning

Beware because they have a lot of fake reviews saying how great they are. Avoid them and find a decent hand car wash in Chester. They are definitely one of the worst you will come across. And if you decide you still want to use them don’t pay until you fully checked your car and are fully happy with the work… because they will try to get you to pay first before the job is finished. I have no respect for lazy people not willing to do their job properly… £10 is way too much for a wash and go… and to make matters worse they didn’t even wash it properly… the alloy wheels and the car panels were still dirty after paying £10… I would not mind paying £10 if that reflected a great service. But it wasn’t the case. Don’t be scammed

Very poor. Don't bother. They are trying to get cars through as quickly as possible. Very rough with the car, they no longer treat the wheels. Missed panels and half the windows. Had to go and wash the car again once they had finished.
