Very good phone call and very informative. I got a booking for Wednesday. Bob has a couple of ideas about how to help me, so I'm very pleased, and hopefully, I'll be on the mend quickly.

Bob's approach is like an investigative journalist. In my case, he has deeply listened and investigated each of the complaints I have presented to him - which for years, I have not been able to get to the root cause.I have seen my bi-weekly headaches disappear, upper back issues ease. Bob provides stretches in video format form and I have found these to be incredibly useful, he has also guided me on how to strengthen areas of the body. We are getting through my never-ending list of issues and I am grateful for his patience, and for his own continuing professional development. It is very much appreciated.

I was lucky enough to have one session with Bob, after years of back issues and NHS referrals and scans which really was ruining my life.Bob took the time to understand my issues and prescribed me with some exercises and fixed my issues over a few months of following his advice!

I would highly recommend Bob! My back is feeling so much better since we started our appointments and although trying to undo years of sitting at a desk will take some time, I really appreciate how much its improved already. I really like how well Bob explains what's happening with different parts of my back and what I can do to strengthen it myself with exercises. He's a genuine person that cares about what he does!

Bob was brilliant! I was nervous but he put me at ease. He explained everything. He took the time to understand my issues, and he was able to pinpoint causes, muscle groups and areas of my life that may be some of the causes.He's taught me a range of excercises and I am looking forward to seeing him again in a few weeks, AND to a future of zero back problems!
