Unblocked our blocked drain. Quick, efficient and helpful. Should have said - Iven was our engineer who was friendly, informative and even assisted in showing me where I could buy a replacement Roding Eye Cover. Would definitely recommend.

I required some assistance urgently due to a blocked drain which was affecting the disabled toilet in our office. I spoke with Carole who was very friendly, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. Carole was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Their prices were competitive and they reacted quickly to our issue. I will definitely use their services again and would highly recommend.

Same day call out, Iven was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Drainage Problem was itentified, fixed and Iven provided advice to help avoid the issue reccuring. Even thought it was a somewhat unpleasant job, Iven was very pleasant to have at the house :)

I rang Metro Rod late last Thursday night, as my immersion tank was leaking. Not only did they have a plumber out to me in an hour, they made sure that the situation was safe until he arrived.The plumber temporarily fixed the problem until the following day, as he could not get the part needed at that time of night.The level of service from this company is absolutely outstanding. Due to a leak in a pipe in our bathroom, my husband rang our insurance company, emergency cover line. We were told it would be Metro Rod coming out. My husband had to leave do I was on my own. I was, firstly, impressed with the communication via texts to let me know when the technician would be calling as well as a telephone call to let me know the more specific time.Iven, the technician, came slightly earlier than I was told though he politely apologised for being late! He got on the job straight away and took no time in fixing the leak. He even had the courtesy to move the bath mat when he was in the bathroom so as to not dirty it with his boots.He was professional in explaining the problem and tested there were no air blocks by running the electric shower. He was friendly, polite, clearly a hard worker and respectful to me and our property which made me feel safe, too, as I was on my own in the house at night.Thank you and please pass on our gratitude to Iven (from Crowle, Scunthorpe!) and it would be great if he could be given some bonus or similar for his great service to us.

Contact Metro Rod Peterborough via their online messaging system as it was a Saturday. Received an email back the same day saying that my message would be passed to the day team to follow up and visit. One week later, no follow up, no phone call, no visit. Now had to use alternative company. Pretty poor stuff Metro Rod.

I was really impressed with the service I received. The engineer arrived on the day I contacted them and was extremely helpful in providing detail of the issue which needed referring to Anglian Water. As a result of his investigations the issue is now resolved. Brilliant customer service and really competitive rate, thank you!

Unfortunately my experience with this company was abysmal from start to finish. Metro Rod visited my property initially and did not conduct the camera survey that I was promised on the phone, they then returned a week later and conducted the survey. A MONTH later they provided me with the survey report. Obviously during this time I had to engage a different contractor at yet more expense to fix the issue
