Didn't have everything I wanted and also very expensive on some items, having said that the member of staff I spoke to, a lady was very nice .

Stock levels are terrible never has what you want in core boots ranges like moisturisers and sun tan lotions. Shelves look half full.

Waiting 2nd place in queue for pharmacy for 10 mins, multiple people behind counter, but no one acknowledged me. When I finally saw someone, the item I wanted wasn't in stock. When asked when it would be in stock the answer was simply I don't know". I would've been happy to wait for you check. Great service."

Absolute rubbish. Waited ages to be told they couldn’t verify my student discount account with them which I’ve had a few years because I only had online ID (Unidays) not only is this discriminating towards students who study online it left me feeling awkward and wasted my time. Will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Staff here don't seem to be on the ball most of the time. Nearly every time I go for my meds there is a problem. The items are hardly ever ready for you to pick up.UPDATE we no longer use Boots, but go to our local Morrisons for our meds as the staff are very polite and friendly, much quicker and they actually know what they are doing and always have our meds ready.

Really bad service waiting 30 mins just to be told my prescription is not ready. Supposed to be ready and collected at stated times every month. Staff are nice but trying to get my meds is a nightmare. Been told to come back next day and still not prepared. Ongoing problems

This Boots WestBridgford Nottingham is fantastic and Excellent and brilliant and Amazing store shop I'm giving reviews 10 out of 10 star's and 5 out of 5 star's and 9 out of 10 star's that's all my reviews for this WestBridgford Nottingham Boots shop because some staff Nembers are friendly and helpful when choosing my favourite perfumes and my favourites hair dry and some glue on nails and other items I like buying with my persunts supervision only.

Pharmacy is terrible – prescriptions never ready when you first arrive, always asked to return in 20-30 mins; staff often ignore you; staff work incredibly slowly; have even been lied to (e.g. All Boots can't do same-day prescriptions any more"

This is the first time I have visited the store to stock up with some beauty products. I was shocked to enter a 'clinical environment of smart 'row upon row' of brand names with 'testers above' and stock in hidden cupboards below! The staff are efficient and super friendly and very helpful. I did buy what I wanted but didn't browse. This is obviously a new trend for today's world with fewer staff and more products instore. However, the incentive to go around and browse to come across interesting products/new lines wasn't there. Perhaps in time, it will be unnecessary to actually go inside the shop but stop at a 'central point', fill out a form and hand it to an assistant who will relay it to a storeroom and a superfast automated system will return it in seconds! Perhaps this is where today's bruised world is heading? We must watch this space ......
