Seems to be a hub for building and DIY related businesses with Screwfix, Toolstation, TLC etc. Convenient location with plenty of parking usually.

Local convenient trading park with some parking. Post office sorting office along with Screwfix, Toolstation and TLC electrical wholesalers ( does sell to the public).

Well, the picture does not represent the industrial estate, I used TLC electrical wholesaler with a wide selection of stock. The trade desk is open to the public so it can be busy on a Saturday morning, I did a click and collect.

Great area to work in but some weekends the litter louts empty the contents of their cars in the car park as well as fast food wrapping rubbish being left blowing around after their partying evenings
