There was a problem, but David Heggie had a conversation with me, we managed to find a resolution. The process was very quick and efficient. I also had an email from Luke Bassett confirming the vehicle had been done. Thank you for your speedy resolution to this matter. Mistakes happen and lessons are learnt moving forward

After front two tyre change few days late I took my car in for service and mechanic pointed out missing locking wheel nut. I came back to Protyre and said it's missing after tyre change. The manager had a look into the matter, but couldn't find how it went missing. However, the manager ordered whole set and changed all the locking nuts on the car. Very pleased with the service.

I did my MOT this week and wheel alignment some time back from Protyre and did the retest with no hassle. Recommend them for MOT and wheel alignment. The manager at the front desk was very responsive and approachable.

Fantastic service, this is the second time I have used Protyre Gloucester for a Service and MOT. Tammy has stood out to me every time, always so helpful, efficient and approchable. Also Steve in the workshop was super helpful and really went out of his way to make sure that we were looked after properly. The whole team have always been nothing but friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Sometimes we all get things wrong. It’s how you put things right that matter. Thank you for the card, flowers and chocolates left on my windscreen . They were appreciated. I've brought my Motorcycle to this excellent Tyre Service Centre for the past 10 years and they've never let me down. Riding home, I'm always confident the tyres have been fitted correctly and all the nuts tightened. So important on a Motorcycle.I no longer live in Gloucestershire but I'm so comfortable with this company, that I now ride all the way from the Valleys of Wales, just to get that reliable Tyre Replacement Service.Despite the curse of COVID-19, there is ample protection for customers and staff and even door knobs are regularly washed by that excellent Receptionist.Free Hot Coffee machine was most welcome on a cold wet windy day.See you next year.
