Very rude and Abusive behaviour by owner. He Really don't know how to talk respectfully to customers. I was going to this shop from 11 I think they have problems with Sardaars now. Find alternative .if you love your self respect.or go and try your luck .things are not cheap but very expensive.

Very rude owner (tall guy). He does not know how to talk to customers. He just knows how to talk rubbish. Will be filing an official complaint as this joke of customer service needs to be stopped. Guys avoid going to this shop specially with children. You never know what rubbish he is going to say and may impact your child.

Simply the best Indian shop in Luton. Amazing for groceries, utensils, ayurvedic remedies, snacks, frozen foods . You name it you get it here. Staff and owners are the most friendly and helpful people you will ever come across.

Very poor customer service. The cashier was serving someone else while serving me. He ignored me and not apologised to me. He was on the phone at the same time. Found very rude. Chucked the carrier bag at me to pack my own shopping. Asked for something, he said go over there and get it. They sell out of date products and not very clean and contested. Will never go back. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner is very rude all the time. I never seen such bad attitude towards customers before. Will not go there ever again and suggest others to avoid this shop as well. Because all customers deserves respect.

Staff is very rude and not showing respect to customers consistently.I bought three 10 kg rice packets yesterday and one of them torn and rice was coming out. But they hide that by covering them in a box.I believe people are still going there due to less price compared to other shops in Luton.I

Worst store. Got stomach pain after eating snacks from that shop. Preparing to file complaints to the council when I get better. He also tried to add items in the bill that I didnt buy. I caught it immedietly
