Came in for dinner this eve- food was absolutely amazing - super speedy service, so much food for the price and 10/10 quality. Massive bonus, they allow dogs - my dog with is usually super reactive and the wonderful staff cooked her a burger and gave it to her in her very own bowl along with a bowl of water - the staff made the visit an absolute breeze. So so grateful for their kindness. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore if I tried!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Probably one of the best burgers I've had. Prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for! Top quality food all freshly prepared in front of us. First tried these guys when they started at the Reindeer Pub about 3 or 4 years ago and they're still just as good.

Had to give a little appreciation post for this place after my second visit last night.A few weeks back I visited for the first time with a friend & knew that I needed to bring my partner (he knows his burgers & can be fussy with them). Finally got to revisit last night for a little date night & it had somehow gotten even better.So, let’s talk about the food. The beef burgers are proper smashed patties, the chicken is crispy & flavourful, the fries are seasoned with some sort of magic that I’m still thinking about today. The sauces are amazing (heads up, if they sold these in bottles I’d be buying them to take home). I’ve sampled a decent little portion of the menu now but will undoubtedly be back for more soon.Cocktails? Also amazing. Not much to say here but they definitely compliment the burger-y goodness. The range of beer is top tier too!You’re always guaranteed a warm welcome from the team, no matter how busy they are. Super accommodating wherever they can be, whether it’s making little tweaks to your order or dietary requirements being met without compromising on quality.Considering I’ve got a pretty long list of places I’d like to try in Norwich but decided to head back here, says a fair bit right?! Last night was packed so I’d definitely recommend booking when you plan a visit.

Had the pleasure of eating here for a weekend lunch, The burgers have got to be some of the best ive ever tasted! Smoky, beefy and cooked to perfection. Also had some of their chicken wings which had some great dips like chilli and honey and garlic which seemed homemade. The loaded chips with pink pickled onion and seasoning were also crisp and delicious. Overall a great experience and will certainly be back!

Visited on Saturday 21st January. Arrived for lunch, no booking but able to find a table. Norwich match was on and the place was busy, a nice atmosphere, though the very loud noise of a bell, or phone going off wasn't great (guessing it's a notification when food is ready). Serviced quickly and good January specials - though not advertised there that I could see, we knew due to Facebook. Food was quick, hot and lovely. One of the best burgers I've had in Norwich. Smashed browns are amazing, along with the Korean chicken bites, really nice. We paid extra for the gravy dip. Great value with the offer and have been recommending to friends to visit. We will return.

Love this place. The burger mebue is fantastic and the mozzarella bites are next level. Can get quite noisey and rowdy so not somewhere if your looking for a quiet family meal! Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Heard about here through the grapevine so decided to try them out. I went on a Thursday lunch so it was quiet but the staff were incredibly friendly and I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience. Now the food. You will not be disappointed! Probably the best burger I've had, and if it wasn't the best it's been so long since I've had a burger this enjoyable I can't remember it. I went with the big Micawber ( I think that's the name) the burgers are seared high with a fantastic crust being created and it was packed full of garnish. I also got the seasoned fries. They're dusted in a spice mix then topped with a burger sauce esque sauce and pickled cabbage. Delicious. It wasn't cheap (nor excessive) but I left satisfied and full for many hours after so well worth the money. I don't think you'll find a better burger joint. Next time I'm getting burnt ends! Oh the cider was delicious also!
