Had a zip replaced on my favourite pair of Levi jeans, but the new zip constantly came unfastened. Then they replaced it with another one, this also constantly unzips! Now I've gone to Hem and Stitch for another one, which I should have done in the first place. Won't be going to Stitch Express again

We have had two trousers taken up was told to collect in a weeks time. The hem had not been pressed as when collected she said she didn't have time to press them. Disgusting. . Not finished off neatly. Also not taken up as requested. Tried calling x 5 but no answer and you can't leave a message either.

I have used stitch express many times for my clothes altering . This has been on both my work uniforms and my own clothes. I have always had excellent service from the girls in there and find them all to be polite,helpful and knowledgeable in their profession. I'd have no problem recomening them

I have always had first class service from the ladies at Stich Expresswhen I have needed alterations to my shirts , trousers , shorts , a leather jacket and even a spiderman outfit for a sponsered run !!They have always advise me on what is the best way they can do the alterations in a professional and polite mannerI have no hesitation in recommending Stitch Express
