We asked Craig to come up with a design that made the most of a fitted wardrobe that lacked practicality and any storage. Craig custom built a two drawer system and also fitted two clothing rails, which really made the most of the previous dead space. This has also given us great storage options moving forward. Not only was the build and fit carried out to the highest standard, we were very impressed with Craig’s professional, detailed and friendly approach to the job from start to finish. Also his commitment to finishing the job to a deadline was appreciated greatly.

We asked Craig to help us improve the look and feel of our hallway with a new telephone table/stand. With the ones available in the shops, nothing really matched what we were after, or was up to the job.Craig visited to go through what he could do for us, and he said that as our hallway flowed nicely into our dining room, he was able to create a design that matched our existing dining furniture.Craig was really friendly and chatty, and understood what we were after. He drew some rough ideas up and went through options that we had. He said he was able to match the existing furniture; from the oak top with the white leg, right down to the little details in the shape of the edges and legs.He sent over some more sketches when he'd drawn them up, with some plans to be able to create a 3-sided telephone table stand with 3 shelves for photos and cupboards integrated either side of these.Craig went above and beyond our expectations that one might expect from a carpenter. He designed the stand for longevity. He didn't just say you want it there

Had a bespoke floating shelf made for the bathroom. Hanks posted it to me with a template to hang it and it was up within 5 minutes. So easy and clearly well made. I’d definitely recommend!

Fantastic. It was a pleasure to work with Craig on the design and install of a bespoke unit for our lounge. Throughout the process, Craig was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble in the design stages and the communication was excellent from beginning to end, with constructive advice and expertise to help us formulate the initial concept in to a practical solution. The attention to detail and care about each individual bespoke piece of work really shone through and he demonstrated real care and respect for our home during the install too. Craig has worked on two projects in my home, both executed to perfection - the first to fit bespoke alcove storage (cupboards and floating shelving), the second to fit my kitchen (units were supplied, so this was the fitting with some bespoke elements including boiler housing).His attention to detail is second to none, and one of the key points of working with Craig is his appreciation for interior design; it's not just about making something, it's about making something that looks as though it was always there. This was a key part of asking Craig for his involvement. For the bespoke elements of both projects, Craig took his time to meet with me, sketch out designs in detail and agree next steps: communication was excellent. The designs were created in harmony with the feel of the house (it's a Victorian property, so featured detail that was sympathetic to the age).It's safe to say he had loads of brilliant ideas, that really resulted in a great partnership to get the end result - as the photos show. He's already pencilled in for the next project I have lined up!

After not having the best experience with a previous trades person to design and fit some wardrobe doors for me, a friend recommended Craig and he is probably one of the best I have ever used. Extremely friendly, helpful and amazing at his job.The original person I had hired to do the job had said what I wanted was impossible and I would have to rethink the design. However, Craig managed to deliver precisely what I wanted, and I will be definitely using him again in the future for some more built in furniture for my lounge/snug.

We asked Craig to design and build a shoe cabinet for our hallway. He was great from start to finish taking all of our input onboard and coming back with a design that met all of our needs.
