Dropped a couple of coats off to be dry cleaned. Lady suggested Wednesday pickup regrettably I told her I would be picking it up on Friday. Roll on Friday and it was not ready. Fine another hours wait! Got home only to find that they forgot the fur trim on my coat. Went to pick it up after my trip on which I needed one of the coats. 2 stars because the coats seem clean but the service leaves a lot to be desired

My wife took a pair of summer shorts that needed a new zip. Haven’t tried them on yet, but the alteration looks fine. The issue is they pierced the shorts with safety pins in order to hang the shorts on the hanger, creating several small holes. These shorts cost me £40. What if they were £400 designer Gucci or Fendi shorts? I’m sure damaging garments isn’t part of the service…

Brought a pair of cargo trousers that was too big at the waist. Only needed a little off. They was very informative about how they would do it. And was able to collect the next day. Prices wad brilliant and was so impressed with the service and finished outcome. I have found my new dry cleaners!

Bought a suit jacket last Sunday. Typical arms too long. Messaged Zarah on Monday asking if they could do it before Friday 2nd due to a wedding engagement told yes can be done and collected by Thursday. Then asked for price, £25. Wow great service. Would highly recommend. Thanks

After 2 shoe repair shops told me they could mend a tear in my leather bag I decidedly give one last try with Zara Dry Cleaners. Savi examined the tear and said she could. Savi has sown a small leather patch in my bag and reattached the strap - it’s s good as new. So please I found Savi. Would 100% recommend the service.
