Great service and will fit the budget round a car price

I brought a car from this dealership almost 6 months ago now and I am still having to chase them for things they promised they would sort for me . Communication has been dreadful and minimal , when the car was brought the sales person we were dealing with had agreed that the car will definitely be put in my name . Trusting his words , the V5 came through and much to my disappointment it was not in my name ..and he had put it in my dads name.. myself , my dad did not want this car in his name as it is not his . This is a legal document yet they have just messed it up , 2 months after telling them this I had taken it back to the dealership as they have said they will sort it and sent it off to get changed . Spoke to a manager who had said he has chased dvla and will chase them again if nothing is received . Again no communication and myself having to constantly call them up to chase it. I still haven’t not heard from this dealership and still have not received the V5 back. Very very disappointing. I would like to hear from somebody higher

Every single person you speak to or deal with from the sales team to the parts and service department are incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Even months before I bought my car from them when I called to enquire about the service history of a car for sale at another unrelated dealership, nothing was too much trouble and they called me back rapidly, even on a busy Saturday morning. Since having bought my car from them in November 2019, they have proved that this early impression was bang on and they have been utterly superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough and having bought many brands of car from various dealerships over the years, Desira are, without any doubt, in a different league...absolutely brilliant.

I understand this dealership is no longer going to be a Peugeot dealership as the sales person made very clear. It seemed morale was very low as there was no eagerness to actually sell the electric Peugeot we came to look at. Disappointing service.

Went into into the garage today for some body work repairs got really good service today

I bought a Peugeot 3008 last September. In just over a year, I've had several repairs to the car. I changed cars to reduce maintenance costs, and ended up spending more on repairs with the new car.The attitude of some staff is completely unacceptable. A disgrace.Today, I preferred to pay a little more and have the car repaired at another Peugeot garage rather than at Desira. Just because of the attitude of the staff.Customer service is 0.

Excellent dealership with great customer service. We had a really big job done on our 3008 and it was carried out incredibly smoothly. The staff were excellent. (Especially Jonathan in the servicing/ customer services dept who was fantastic and kept me well informed throughout.) This dealership offers the standard you'd expect from Peugeot, unlike Marshalls in Cambridge who cancel your appointments (repeatedly) and have the nerve to directly ask you to leave them 5 star reviews!!

Great service, friendly staff, highly recommended. After being told there'd be a long wait for my local dealer to inspect and repair my car, I contacted Desira and was given solid advice and a much sooner booking. Had to spend most of the day there, as they managed to source the parts I needed, and was well looked after. It's a 20 minute travel, but they're my new local garage.
