I had an incredibly disappointing experience with BMW's group 1borehamwood. as soon as the sales assistant informed the manage of my disinterest in the product they were pushing for me to buy.he was told not to waste anymore time. not only did they fail to show me other potential options, but they also made it clear that my preferences didn't matter. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the brand's customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through such a frustrating and dismissive ordeal.

Sunday afternoon I visited this showroom. I had to wait as I did not have an appointment, which I did not mind. I saw my Simon. the first thing Simon asked was when we needed the car, I answered we were not in a rush and are flexible. His replied he does not know when they will have stock, could be next year but he doesn't know. so before placing an order for me to be aware. I asked, will it be the start of the year, middle the year? his response was that he does not know. I was quite blunt and said to Simon BMW is not the brand for me if that's the case, as I need some sort of clarity if I'm parting with 70K. He was like this is the world that we live in, chip shortages ect....I politely said to Simon that I don't want to take anymore of his time as this conversation is a waste of my time and his. Simon did everything possible to put me off buying a BMW.I spoke to BMW Gatwick the day after, they were polite and said they have 3 IX3 coming in by September that I could have if I was interested. Simon's behaviour was really off-putting and it seemed that his approach was not of a salesman more of somebody who is trying to tarnish the dealership's reputation.we did eventually that week purchase a vehicle on factory order, but not from BMW.I really do think that Simon needs to re-think his career.

Horrific customer service with no interest to resolve serious issues! You are better off buying a used car from gumtree or eBay, it will have been checked better and be in a finer condition! The car below is about a 2017 650i sold to me for over £30k!!This review is on the back of me sending the dealership over 5 emails, various calls and zero communication from Barons Borehamwood BMW over a one month period! Lets see how fast they respond below. Twitter, pi****offconsumer and any other social media forums I can find, reviews pending over the same matter. The reason they have 1 star is its the minimum possible! After being assured the car had undergone multiple checks and conforms to BMW standards...• As soon as I drive out of the showroom, a service warning flashes on the dashboard, service due! Picture below.• Brakes & Oil. After being told its gone through their workshop and all was fine. Unacceptable the oil was last changed over 3 years ago!! And considering the clock says its due in 2023 (a further year from this post) I suspect someone has fiddled with the clock. Unless BMW confirm the car needs an oil change at 15k miles or every 4 years!• The front tyre cut/tear to side wall which appears quite deep. I’ve been advised by an independent MOT garage, this should not have passed the MOT, which they have issued me with! Besides the fact the valve wasn't glued on therefore not sure what checks had been done.Text copied from internet: The 650i features a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 that produces 445 horsepower. With this V8

After sales service of BMW, is horrible. Worse then the GP surgery. My car has develop a serious fault which is an MOT failure, and the best advise I got was to bring it in after 6 weeks to have it checked out if I need a loan car.I am paying for a car which is legally not safe to drive for over a month and the company does not feel compelled to offer any compensation or reimbursement.I would recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a BMW to be aware of the appalling after sales service before buying a car.

Purchased a used car 3 months ago. The car was not cleaned when I collected the car. I had to contact sales agent and book valeting. Also, I did not notice that wheel locks are missing until I needed to change tyres. No replacement provided; asked me to sort it out with service centre! Totally disappointing experience!

Shameful customer service! Booked an MOT a month in advance, showed up 10 min early and booked my car in. Was told it would take 2 hours. I decided to wait as was not able to get home without car. After 2 hours my car had not even left the car park. When I asked how long it was likely to take I was sharply told that they had a lot of work to do today and over 60 cars booked in, but I was assured my car would be done as soon as possible. I sat for a further 2 hours with others waiting for their cars to be serviced / repaired. After 4 hours I was told that my MOT was complete but failed as 2 new tyres were needed. They did not have the tyres in stock but could get them in for Monday morning. I approved the works and was told I would get a call 9:00 Monday morning. Monday came and no 9:00 call. I waited until 10:30, then I called them. The tyres were in but they did not have a chance to call me because they were with other (clearly more important) customers. I was told that they could not undertake the works that day as planned. I was offered another day but by this time I was done. I have since taken the to car to a local non BMW garage and got the same tyres replaced over £100 cheaper. 2 tyres replaced and MOT completed under an hour!Bottom line…. I expect to pay more going to BMW for the premier service, but these people should not be let loose with a box of crayons let alone a high end service department.Following this experience……..you have lost another customer!

I did fee a bit pressured to take some financial products, and still need the battery in my spare key replaced, BUT1. the car I've purchased from here (BMW XE 225 PHEV) is so far a fantastic drive.2. the staff here are pleasant, friendly and responsive - better than the Audi dealership I went to recently.

I was a bit apprehensive to get my car assessed looking at some of the negative reviews, but I should not have been. The service was exemplary, from dropping my car off, receiving regular updates throughout the day and final pick-up, all followed by a video of the assessment. The car was also cleaned! Toni Spratt and the team are professional and courteous and I would highly recommend this place for all your BMW needs.
