Where do I start, from start to finish Nihal gave a very professional service. His knowledge, expertise and experience was clearly shown with how quickly he was able to replace and repair my electric bike tyre. As I have 0 experience in this I asked him to explain the process to me. He gave me a detailed explanation and also some care tips. I highly recommend Chelsea bikes for any of your repair needs.

During my temporary stay in London for work, I required a second bike for my daily commute. After discovering them online, I made my way to their location. The service was excellent! They not only assisted me in selecting the perfect bike size, but also guided me in choosing a model that would best suit the type of riding I'd be doing in the city. They generously allowed me to take a test ride for an extended period and even provided a comprehensive one-month warranty. As for the bike itself, I believe it will be accompanying me to my next destination – it's been a remarkable addition. Many thanks to the staff for their outstanding assistance. Exceptional job!

these guys are great. I've bought a couple of used bikes from them and they are always so happy to help with anything I want looking at. They've replaced my kickstand, handlebar stoppers and a couple of rusty/worn out bolts for free on different occasions without even asking. Good value, friendly and helpful.

Seamless experience. I sold my bike to the shop when I moved away from London. I called the shop beforehand and they asked me to send over some photos. After that we agreed on the price and there were no surprises when I Brough the bike in. They were very thorough in checking I had my receipt for the purchase, which is reassuring thinking about the possibility of stolen bikes ending up on the secondhand market.
