Lilly Nails Tiverton

Thanks Lilly Nails for our mum, daughter first manicure and polish together. We had a good time, happy with our pink and purple nails. Actually it was much cheaper than I expected. Very grateful Michael and Lilly x Thanks

I don't usually do reviews at all but how I was spoken to and treated when having my nails done yesterday really was so unacceptable.I last minute booked into have my nails done as I was getting married in the afternoon. I booked the evening before for 09.00am however when I turned up the lady who was to do it was running late. Which I had no problem with, after 15 minutes of waiting she arrived in no less than a terrible mood and began questioning me on why if I knew I was getting married had booked in so late to have my nails done. Not really a necessary question but I explained that I had s chronic illness and didn't actually know if I would be well enough to sit. Infact I suffer with chronic anorexia nervosa and am soon due to go back into a specialist unit for this treatment.She then proceeded to take a call and spoke rudely to the caller which made me feel uncomfortable. After hanging up on said client she then questioned why I would only be having gels and not extentions. Clearly trying to up sell me. Again I explained sitting for long periods of time is very hard as I'm very unwell right now. I was then questioned on the colour of my choice which was black however she felt it was necessary to point out if it's my wedding I should be choosing a bright cheerful colour. Twisting my fingers several times into uncomfortable positions and rolling her eyes when I was unable to move into positions she was forcing my hands into she began to clearly get annoyed and made several comments about my skinny fingers and how I wasn't able to position them properly" again this is due to bone density being low in my body and what may of been s simple position for her to place my hand was infact incredibly uncomfortable.After paying I left the store to wait for my fiance on the side of the Road feeling humiliated and crying as she picked me up.Within this 24 hours of having the gels put on two have actually peeled offend I have several friction burns on my fingers from her aggressively filing them prior.I personaly would not recommend seeing said nail technician.I'm sure everyone's experience is different there however this experience for me was humiliating and hurtful and left me feeling exposed and in a position of having to explain to someone I do not know why I am sick and what is wrong with me.Would not recommend."

My daughters have both had their nails done numerous times here. Lilly and her technicians always do a brilliant job and don't rush. Very good value for money.

I love Lilly's. Every time I've been in they have always done a very high quality job. I've always come away loving my nails. I have been in numerous times with no idea what I want done and Lilly has done something she thinks I'll like and I've always loved it. It's such a nice atmosphere in the shop as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had my nails done 4 hours ago.Have been in Tiverton visiting and a had some spare time, so went to get my nails done.Not the best of the experiences I ever had.Now I'd have to stay with this for another week, until my day off.Also, very dirty place. Awful atmosphere. Had to listen to two different YouTube channels at the same time ,that staff where watching while working.Don't reccomend.If anything, rather avoid.

Contacted lillys nails, didn't have an appointment, asked if she could fit me in, expecting her to say no, but within 15 minutes I was sat in the chair having my nails done, lilly added some extra detail to my nails as I had no idea what to have, very happy thanku x

First time at this nail bar. Lilly was brilliant. Lovely to talk to. Friendly atmosphere and my nails look amazing. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Used Lilly for first time on Saturday. What a difference her nails are compared to others! Nice and light, no more sausage nails!Lilly us a delight to talk to and is funny while she does the nails. Definitely going back! Amazing!

Think there are some rival competitor reviews on here. One review is a absolute lie the shop is clean/smart and so friendly. what an experience, so kind. My Nails are amazing, foot massage so relaxing.

I used Lilys nails for the first time ever today. And wow what an experience. I’m so impressed and happy with my nails. I definitely recommend. So clean and always cleaning their workspace. So friendly and chatty absolutely amazing. Thank you lily.
