Hostility and bullying of those who are vulnerable.

Nervous going into Pegasus House don't know why staff and security absolute Amazing.

Security was good, especially when there have to deal with a unwelcome visitor, just pushed him back. Very professional.Meanwhile staff are friendly and the atmosphere is alright.

Security were very unwelcoming and on a complete power trip in fact on all 3 appointments the security have been vile not the guys in the appointment rooms but those on the entrance, I asked to use the toilet after my appointment with Nicky and they refused me access without any explanation or empathy, i was told there wasn’t any for the public and was told to go over the road to the bus station in a rude way, i saw the toilets which supposedly don’t exist. The toilets shown no indication that they are staff only!!! I just don’t see why the security didn’t let me use them. A building like a job centre should offer at bare minimum a toilet for the people coming in, I’m pretty sure it’s a legal obligation, I didn’t like their attitude.

Security were rude and unwelcoming. I got there early and was met with immediate hostility. When asking to use the toilet they refused me access without any explanation or empathy, saying there wasn’t any for the public and was told to go over the road to the bus station in a rude manner (I didn’t as I didn’t want to be late for my appointment). I go for my appointment upstairs which was useless as the system was down (not the fault of the staff, Rebecca who I was seeing was very friendly and helpful). I leave the appointment room to see the toilets which supposedly don’t exist. The toilets show no indication that they are staff only or out of order so I used them. I just don’t see why the security didn’t let me use the facilities. Call me petty but a building like a job centre should offer a toilet for the people coming in, I’m pretty sure it’s a legal obligation and literally the bare minimum to offer. I didn’t like their attitude, I was a member of the public coming in and they immediately made me feel unwelcome and a burden to their job. Please remind the security staff that they are there to diffuse hostility and aggression not create it.
