Lee was amazing. Very thorough, explained everything he was doing. Real piece of mind that my van was safe to use, after being serviced by Lee - clearly a very experienced and honest professional. Took the time to explain some van basics to me too - which he didn’t need to do, but very kindly did when he heard I was new to ‘vanning. Would highly recommend for any caravan related maintainence or servicing.

I had the first habitation service undertaken for my year old AutoTrail campervan today. A mobile NCC approved company based near Bristol in Pucklechurch. I was very impressed by the excellent service I received from Lee and his son Jack today. They were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice on things I need to raise with Fiat (rust spots/dodgy welds etc, and the dealer (broken blind). And the best part was the price - £155 (a lot less than all the dealers I contacted). I can’t recommend Lee highly enough if you are in the South Gloucestershire/ Somerset/ Wiltshire area.

I just want to share just how amazing this company is. I had bought a caravan from a dealer who shall (sadly) remain nameless. They assured me the van was damp free. When I got it home, I found damp. For months they fobbed me off saying it would dry out. I became increasingly concerned that they were fobbing me off, so I asked LFP Mobile Caravan Services to do an independent report for me. The findings were shocking - serious, longstanding ingress, present at the time of purchase, wheels torqued to the wrong level, gas hose 5 years out of date and much more. With Lee's help I was able to challenge the dealer and despite their best efforts to refuse my refund, I persisted. Eventually, I made a section 75 claim on my credit card as I had paid the deposit for the van on my card. Today I found out I was successful and Lee's independent AWS engineer report was instrumental in me getting all of my money back. I am so grateful for Lee's support - he took time with me, called me to check in and without him I would have lost all my money. I will be a customer for life now Lee - you are an amazing person and I am so grateful. I highly recommend you to all motorhoming and caravanning people - and I will be getting my next motorhome checked by you so I never get into this awful situation again. Thank you Lee - couldn't have done it without you!

Lee was recommended to me and I’m really glad he was! Arrived early, took the time to talk me through every element of the caravan service and did a really thorough job. The most impressive part of his service is how he explains the workings of the caravans and how to maintain them and prolong their life. I thought I needed a new window seal and could quite easily have been ripped off. Lee took the time to show me how the clean the rubber and with a bit of my elbow grease it looks good as new. Top service with superb value for money.

On holiday in tourer in Bristol, and had major problem with mains electric. Lee wasn't able to come out to us, but took the time to talk through the issues, suggest how to fix and provide details of local supplier. A very kind and helpful act, which rescued our break. Thanks so much Lee.

Lee has been an absolute diamond. We have been lucky enough to have Lee’s support for a couple of pre-purchase inspections on our first motorhome purchase, and thanks to his great attention to detail and meticulous standards, we have managed to avoid purchasing two extremely damp vehicles that would have been very costly to take on.
