I have taken a unit for Business use, in the 9 months I've been using Access I've been very impressed with the overall facilities and service from the staff throughout. I could not recommend this centre any more. It's been an easy transition and they have made life very easy. I'd like to extend my thanks to all the staff on the front desk for always being there to help.

We were completely new to using storage facilities of any kind. We are also of the age where we are not the most proficient users of app technology.We were apprehensive but the receptionist was friendly, helpful and efficient. We found the whole experience to be positive. We are confident that we have chosen the correct provider for us.So far, so good. I would definitely recommend Access Storage to others.

Nice, clean and reasonably priced storage with various options available. Self-insuring your unit might be a bit frustrating - Access storage will constantly try to sell you their own overly expensive insurance, so you have to stay on top of it. I didn't spot the requirement for one week notice before moving out, but I lucked out and didn't have to overpay for an extra month, so that's something to keep in mind too.

Really efficient setup and move in experience and the big lifts and trolleys made it really easy to get everything unloaded into the unit. Security system is very reassuring too. Overall really good.

Had problems with my previous storage company so decided to move to access. Sairah at reception was amazing and so polite. She explained everything so well and assured me we wouldn’t have any problems like I did with my other storage place. I moved in so swiftly. She deserves a pay rise for sure! I moved in on the day and was given a good rate!!!
