Highpoint Care: Colliers Croft Care Home (Saint Helens)

My mother has been at Colliers Croft now for a year. She was moved there during the 1st lockdown and after the initial quarantine she has settled in beautifully. She tells us the food is lovely and it is like a hotel. The staff are all approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them to assist with anything. We see Mum on portal video calls and she always look immaculate and very very happy, so thank you to everyone at Colliers Croft for making Mums new home a happy one :)

To Kerry, Donna, Amanda, Julie, Carol and all the staff who cared for my Mum, Margaret over the past few years.I just wanted to thank you so much for all the care and support you provided for my mum.It was a huge comfort to me to know she was in the very best place during her last few years. Having viewed many local care,homes I am certain Colliers Croft rates as one of the best. It's a real home from home. Comfortable public area and bedrooms you can personalise. Without exception the care staff are dedicated,committed and so kind to residents. Food is prepared on site, nicely presented and tasty. I feel so grateful that Brian has been lucky enough to be cared for there. You have my grateful thanks.

Colliers Croft offers an amazing sense of community and quality overall service to its residents. People take great pleasure in knowing that their loved ones are truly looked after here.

Our family would like to say the biggest 'thank you' possible to every member of staff who cared for, helped, supported and provided a safe and loving environment for our beloved and cherished Mum, May Hill.Over the last 12 months you all gave Mum exactly what we wanted for her. We could not have asked for a better place for her to call home. Mum was really settled and happy in her new home and it is thanks to the staff who helped in the transition, namely Kerry, Donna, Amanda, Emily, Lisle, Jackie and Amber in Reception, Sue and Amy, (Night Staff) and many, many more who we don't know by name, but all played a vital part in looking after Mum.During Mum's final days you were all there not only for Mum, but for the whole family. You helped and eased our way through this terrible time, explaining, advising and comforting. Your professionalism is beyond words, taking respectful responsibility and liaising with the Funeralcare Home, G.P., District Nurses, etc., which we are eternally grateful for.We would like to say thank you to Donna and the District Nurse who attended St. Helens Crematorium on behalf of everyone to pay their respects.We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
