I brought a dress in that had a small hole in it by the zip. My mum made a go at sewing it up but it didn't look right. The lady repaired it free of charge for me. I was very happy. Thank you so much.

Absolutely wonderful service; very quick and easy to organise. Mira took in the waist for me on a skirt. She also kindly did so free of charge which was not expected but the quality of the work was fantastic and would have been happy to pay for it.

Mira did the most fantastic job on our alterations! We went through Sew Unique for our wedding tailoring (the bridal dress and the groom's suit) and she was absolutely brilliant. My dress was vintage, delicate and needed alot of alteration and work - Mira is so talented and worked miracles on it. She is thoughtful and really goes the extra mile to make her work look perfect. The price was very reasonable and she really knows her stuff. We are so lucky to have her talent in Hereford, and we would recommend her to anyone.

Upsetting experience. The owner missed the original deadline, didn’t get my fitting until a week before the wedding. When I arrived the dress was still too long, and the straps still not fitted enough. There was no time left to fix it and when I mentioned this the response was that I ‘should just buy another dress’. I spent a lot of the wedding, holding the bottom so I didn’t trip, and altering the strap. I was charged £60 for this. I am incredibly upset about the whole experience.
