Shocked at the rudeness and unhelpfulness of Alison who answered my call. She thought the property I wanted to discuss was a rental when it is a ‘for sale’ property. She had no information about the property and was extremely patronising in the way she explained the process of her online only estate agency. No customer service, warmth or repore.

Seriously I don't know what I'd do without these two superstars. Sandra and Alison are two of the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable people I have come across on my housing market journey. They have dealt with my last 3 house sales, and they've made every one of them a trouble free, easy experience. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They make you feel as if you are their only priority every time you call. If they are not available to take your call immediately, you will get a call back within 15 minutes at the latest. They go over and above what you would expect from any estate agent. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM - FALSE ADVERTISING - They also keep your C/C details on file and attempt to take cash out without permission. Have reported to Trading Standards - I question that they are a member of any professional body as they advertse - as they have no record of this company.

I've just sold my property through My Online Estate Agent and cannot believe how straight forward, stress free and inexpensive the whole process was. Sandra did a fantastic job of keeping me up to speed with everything and was very professional and friendly at all times. She was also very knowledgeable about the area which proved to be invaluable concerning negotiation of my property. Sandra jones kept the deposit money from my tenant and did not file it as promised.The company has now closed and I have had to pay the tenant back with my own money.

Avoid.... rude staff unhelpful and take money without informing you. No one answers the phone... don’t waste your time!!

This company is carrying our fraud. Stay well away. It took my money and claimed to my house would be up on rightmove. Then it claimed issue with rightmove and finally 'unforeseen circumstances'. So far failed to refund so will be filing a claim against them for loss. CEO someone name Gundy and a woman called Sandra Jones running this crooked outfit. Please file a complaint about them and report them to the authorities if they have misled you or stolen money from you!
