East Midlands Airport

Not a bad airport.Airport Staff was friendly and helpful.It's got quite a few pubs and shops to kill some time.The only downside is the maintenance of the toilet facilities, a few cubicles were out of order in various areas and the cleanliness of the facilities has greatl room for improvement.

Convenient and more or less an efficient airport that gets the job done. Staff are friendly and happy to help. However, facilities are basic and toilets are dirty. The overall airport needs a revamp asap as the local population grows there will be more demand!

Small airport (regarding passenger numbers) without long queues. Good and cheap bus connection to Nottingham city centre. Negative: no cafe etc. in departure hall (so don't arrive here too early!), café in arrival hall is a bit filthy.

Arrived at EMA and was a quick transit through passport control. Felt a little too much as if we were being cattled through it, with one staff member telling people to 'come on'... when there was no slowing down of the herd and so no evident need for this 'encouragement', certainly not at that moment, at least!I felt that signage on leaving the airport wasnt that clear, or seen at night as it was very dark outside. Although, a guy did come along and turn on a generated floodlight, which helped us see better.Great airport for visiting this area and a good size. Just a bit confusing entry and exit points..

This is one of the best amazing airports I have ever been in the UK. It may be a small airport but trust me, it is mainly low-cost and there is a wide range variety of kind staff in the airport. This is my favorite part, their airport toilets are very clean and also their shops were very cheap.

Don't like to give bad reviews but this is queueing is terrible. Landed over an hour ago and they have us all weaving through a queue to get in because they haven't put enough staff on.Won't bother again, just pay to go to Birmingham.

EMA has improved immensely. Security was quicker to get through as the staff seemed more organised and friendly with customers. Great range of shops, food outlets and seating areas to pass the time while waiting for your flight. The short stay parking is also great and makes going on holidays so much easier, as you can pay to leave your car. Staff were friendly with my children who are young and haven't flew much.

Use it all of the time, my favourite airport. Easy to get to, nice staff especially Sandie and the Jet 2 staff. Security are helpful, patient and understanding especially with the early flights. Everyone very helpful. Nice arrivals area can get a cup of coffee. The airport is clean.Highly recommended

Loved this airport. Not too large to be impersonal . Staff were polite and helpful. Was stress free travel to the actual airport. Went in the lounge and could relax and enjoy food and drinks. All very nice and would definitely recommend this airport.
