Purchased a Puma Electric Mini quad back in 2020. Staff were great with advice before purchase and have been excellent with customer service ever since with my queries. Just taken it back for servicing also to keep it in good condition which is also excellent!

Their sage system does not work but transaction goes into pending. Not interested in customer service. I went and made the mistake of indirectly ordering through Amazon and waited all day for a delivery that never happened. Now I will have to wait for a further refund out of my account and now I will have to hire a van a go to proper store where I can pick it up. I am disappointed and so is my son for his birthday. Stay away if you know what's good for you.

Still waiting for a receipt from September 2020 told me they would email me 1 and 2 pink crash helmets now June 2021 bought a 2 seater off road buggy off this lot WARNING get a written receipt off them the time of purchase
