Unique Health and Fitness Great Dunmow

This is an absolutely fantastic gym, tailored to your needs. As an often injured person they always accommodate my needs and I get a full workout. The trainers are excellent and the people that attend are very friendly. I am so pleased I am a member of this gym it is totally different to the normal gyms.

I have only just begun my membership with the Unique Health and Fitness Gym but I can already feel the mental and physical benefits of being a part of this fantastic gym, even just after 3 weeks. Every session is interesting, challenging and something I look forward to every single time - which is a first! I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. The trainers are really insightful, motivating and adaptive to individuals needs - difficult long term injuries included. Plus, all the members are friendly and supportive of each other which makes it even more enjoyable.

Absolutely love this gym! Great trainers and friendly atmosphere. Suitable for beginners and those serious about their fitness. The group training is a great way to keep you motivated and get to know others! The programs set are adaptable to all abilities, which is great as I don’t have to think about what to do! Turn up. Work out. Simple! Only negative is my sore legs!!!

The best gym I have ever attended! By far. Seems simplistic to start, but my oh my! you work hard. This is not your average class workout. This is a team workout and everyone has been so lovely and welcoming. I would throroughly recommend Unique Health and Fitness to everyone but specially to those who don't like going to the gym, like myself. I don't think I can ever go back to the usual malarkey of waiting for that particular weights machine to be free and by the time you get there it's been taken! Here, you work efficiently for 1 hour until you feel like there's nothing left in you, and then your team will push you even further to work some more. One word: awesome.

Every training session the trainers motivate you to push yourself that little bit further towards a stronger and fitter lifestyle. They not only help you to reach your goals, but support you in tracking your progress through monthly health assessments.

Not just a gym but a friendly, motivating community. The trainers are very knowledgeable and caring, not afraid to shout at us when we need it and are always very encouraging.The gym is always clean, feels very covid safe.I would definitely recommend Unique it truly is a unique way of getting fitter!

Unique Health and Fitness is a great gym. It’s always really clean and tidy. The trainers are very motivating ensuring you always have a really good workout. They check to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you don’t hurt yourself and adapt exercises to suit you if you have an injury. Everyone is very friendly and encouraging.

Absolutely fantastic gym! I have been coming here for about 6 years now. I didn’t think it was possible that after having 2 children and my age; that my fitness level could improve drastically. Not only have I lost about 7 inches off my waist, I have managed to maintain a healthy weight & fitness consistently during my time here. Of course you need to put the effort in, but the trainers are amazing and support you every step of the way, including help with nutrition. The members are friendly and really encourage each other. It really is a ‘unique’ gym with a ‘unique’ concept. Group personal training sessions with like-minded people. Workouts are different each time and you move around the different stations (weights, treadmill, rower etc etc). There are weekly individual and group challenges; to help push you and make it fun! The owners and the trainers really do make the gym what it is and I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. 100% recommend!

So much more than a gym. I've been coming here several times a week for 3 years and look forward to each session. I've seen a massive improvement in my fitness, strength and body shape. Love the sessions, the trainers are so encouraging as are the other gym users. Great value for money too.
