We have been dealing with Claritel for over 3 years and I am very pleased with the way they look after us ....they seem to go above and beyond what is necessary and are always there on the end of a phone should we need anything. Extremely professional and have a personal touch too .. would recommend to anyone

We have used Claritel for telephony and Broadband services for over 8 years. customer service always second to none, nothing is too much trouble, Jay and his team have always offered a personal touch and latterly we have just upgraded our system with shaby who has offered an informative and seamless process.

Highly recommend these guys. The service from all the team at Claritel has been outstanding. We recently moved premises for our practice, and we had an absolute nightmare with TalkTalk. They almost caused me a nervous breakdown! We had no telephone line or Internet for 5 weeks. After countless phone calls, many many hours on hold, and having to explain and repeat the problems multiple times to call centre staff, we gave up and decided to change to Jay and the team at Claritel even though we were still in contract.They have been lifesavers. They installed for us a temporary mobile router plugged into our network initially and then had us up and running within a few days. Great service from the ClariTel team from start to end in settining up our business telecoms. I found them to be professional, flexible and more importantly friendly to deal with. I'm not sure how genuine this review may sound but Claritel has the best customer service of all our vendors. We currently use for Broadband and VoIP services. During a recent RFQ for a leased line, Claritel were the only vendor to make us aware of and offer tail fibre services that offer similar performance at a fraction of the cost. The other potential vendors didn't even mention these services until they realised they were outpriced.
