Highly recommend and will be using again for the repair and other work around the property. The office team are very quick to respond and were transparent with the pricing process and how much I should budget for this investigative work. Overall I found their pricing to be very competitive. The electrician was on time and found the issue quickly, he explained the issue in a way I could understand and walked me through the next steps and options for repairing it. Once we have chosen new lights I will be using this company again for installation.

This is not my first experience with London 24/7 Electrical and I am sure it won’t be the last. The electricians are extremely professional, helpful and confidence-inspiring and the people who run the office are responsive, efficient and always helpful. I heartily recommend this company.

They were the chosen supplier by Google for my 3rd Generation Nest Installation a few years ago, so they were the obvious choice when I needed to install a new one. The company are excellent and very timeline, they literally are 24/7 and were very prompt to message me out of normal working hours for most other companies. The staff were incredibly helpful and installation was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and will be sure to use them for any other electrical jobs I might have in the future.

The service I received from London 24/7 electrical was amazing.My initial phone call was with Mark, I was panicking as it was getting late and I didn’t want to be left without electric all night. Mark was so helpful and reassuring and had someone at my door LITERALLY within 5-10 minutes.The Job was carried out by Nick who was also very efficient and completed the job quickly alongside helping me lift a heavy item in the house.Great team, will definitely be using again.Thank you!

Promised 10-12. After two calls chasing them, they finally came back with the answer that the engineer had been booked with other jobs between us (?) and was nowhere near and would not be available till the afternoon. The operational manager was responsive but I cancelled given their distinct lack of care for our time - not professional at all.

Gazi, the electrician, was absolutely fantastic. Not only was he honest, friendly and respectful but he was professional and knowledgable.He also saved us damaging our kitchen tiles for the rewiring by thinking outside the box and coming up with a plan to run the wiring from behind the wall (in the garage) - displaying his professionalism.Highly recommended.
