Redrow - Tabley Park

Not happy with the service I received.I am a first time buyer and wanted to look at 3 or 4 bedrooms homes.The staff member looked at me, asked how much I could afford but before I could finish talking. She said we don’t have any show house ready, but I made an appointment to view the properties, also it state on the website they have show homes.Some of the staff Stereotype you, didn’t really have time for you.Will not be buying one of your properties.

First visit to Tabley Park and Mel was amazing. She gave us time and was extremely knowledgeable. Houses were of an exceptionally high standard and both my husband and I were very impressed. Thank you

overpriced, poorly finished homes with tiny gardens and paper internal doors. Greed has ruined the landscape and people shouldn't be supporting this joke of a company

Spoke to one of the sales ladies in the office to see if they had a show home that were interested to view, really unprofessional as a sales person I spoke to and asked for details where I could see one of the homes I'm interested to view and purchase, all she said no don't have one here, and cutt me short on the telephone, think they need to look into people skills unprofessional

Top end homes... Typical Redrow high quality and standard. You need to dig deep for a redrow house but as the saying goes you only get what you pay for.

Tabley Park , from previewing the house and picking up the keys on Friday 14th I am extremely disappointed , the workmanship to internal fittings , including fitting of kitchen , wardrobe , hand rail is extremely shoddy .Back door clearly has been forced in , front door not fitted correctly and doors and skirting not painted. There is not one room including garage that is snag free. On raising some concern and asking at preview I was told that no sign off of work or quality check takes place other than the NHBC check.i am told by staff they want me to be happy in my new home , yet they nor any other member of staff on the Tabley park site has been bothered to at least make sure that work completed is correct and to a reasonable standard . I am now having to do their job for them by me spending my time compiling a “snagging “ list which is in fact a list of jobs they clearly haven’t done correctly or done at all. At this time I would not be recommending anyone considers looking at let alone buying a Redrow home .
