Given purely as you can’t give zero stars. I’ve never been able to gain an appointment here to see a GP. The waiting room is always suspiciously empty should you use the building for other appointments. The reception staff are incredibly rude to everyone. I had to explain to a gent in front of me previously what the receptionist was trying to say to him as she got to a point of hugging, puffing and rolling her eyes.If you need a gp it will take over an hour to get through and you’ll only be seen if you’re over 65 or under 5. You’ll be told to use a walk in centre or call 111.

I have worse experience in my UK life in this gp service since corona they never see face to face and just gave antibiotics.the recipconist are rude not cooperative. I will change this gp soon .

Impossible to see a doctor at this place. You wait in the queue for ages and then they say no appointment when you do get a call back scheduled for a doctor they never call you back. Certain receptionist is very rude and arrogant as well. Terrible service

One of the worse services I’ve experienced I was told serval occasions to get a call back as an urgent matter regarding medication giving me a reaction. Considering I’m having medical issues you would arrange a call back having to call twice with no one calling back. Saying they haven’t been told. Asked to speak to management no management is around which would never be the case someone would be in charge. Still waiting on a call. Poor service very unhappy.

This clinic is a misunderstanding, I have been trying to make an appointment for several weeks, I call every day at 8 am, I wait in line for 40-50 minutes only to be told that there are no more appointments available today. It's been like this for a month, no chance to make an appointment with a doctor. It was the same with my son. How is it possible that for a month you can't make an appointment with a doctor. I can't get any help from this clinic. I can't make an appointment with a GP, let alone a specialist, although I have the same problem for the second year. I am disappointed .

Over 2 hours wait on phone only to be cut off. Ended up at Urgent Care in the end and they weren't much help either

The worst GP service that anyone can see in this planet.. not even deserve 1 star. The front office staff are unprofessional with no sense and not pro active. I can’t find words to describe them. Also we never get any appointments here even after waiting for long in the line.. sometime they don’t even call back. Very poor.

First of all this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Atrocious service or lack of!Both on the phone and in the practice.Absolutely disgusting. The signs that are displayed saying our staff will not tolerate abuse, how about you practice what you preach and show your patients some respect.And also spending 56 minutes on the phone to be answered to a women laughing and then hanging up just about sums the quality of service they offer.
