Amazing sports massage. Painful in places because I don't warm up/down during exercise. Feeling 110% better. She listens to where I have problems and solved the. I have been given homework exercises to do at home and understand better how my muscles work. Best massage I have had. Recommend if your over 50yrs old and you are sports active like me. Think I will avoid injuries in the future. Would have given her 6stars.

Just had a fantastic massage with Sam. She is absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable and made me feel totally at ease (not easy!). I have several conditions causing chronic pain, which can make it nerve wrecking to try somewhere new, but Sam knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Can't recommend her enough.

I have been going to Sam on a regular basis for almost two years now and have had Sports and Remedial Massage and Reiki therapies. These therapies have been ideally suited to my needs and Sam is great! Professional yet friendly and very knowledgeable. I come away having learned a little as well as feeling re-energised! I would highly recommend Sam's services for anyone!
