Do not do business with this company. Gave us the wrong order and refused to give us a refund. They do not answer the phone when we call either.

Absolutely abysmal service. Hardly ever answer the phone. Said two weeks delivery was more like a month. The bed and sofa finally came. I've attached a picture of the headboard. Completely out of alignment, nothing straight and square. Just terrible craftsmanship. Would not recommend at all. Still waiting for the ottoman, god only knows what that will look like.

Absolutely terrible business. Gave the wrong sofa in terms of size and colour and refused to refund it! Would not settle for anything but an exchange and poor communication, would not respond when attempting to message him. Do not buy!!! Poor quality for the price you pay, and you don’t even get what you pay for!!!

Horrible service!! The sofas were extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money we paid for. On top of that they aren't willing to refund. You're better off sitting on the floor

Ordered sofas from this store and they came in the wrong colour and completely different design. I requested a refund but the manager wouldnt give a refund for his own mistake and requests that me and my family instead order a different sofa that we DONT like. Horrible customer service , they wont care about customer satisfaction and will give you anything they want. Stay away from this store.
