Unfortunatly was quoted for cleaning 2 settees and a living room carpet but no e got done.First settee couldnt be cleaned because it was real leather".Second couldnt be cleaned because it had a stain that might spread and he couldnt take the chance.I have no idea why the carpet wasnt cleaned he just told my daughter it was pointless hanging around.Maybe in future the company should not quote over the phone but actually turn up to do physical quote as any professional trades person would."

I had Gordon out to clean my carpets and settee, neither had been cleaned before and were in desperate need of a clean. My settee was heavily stained and I did not have much hope of the results, however, after they were cleaned they've came up brilliant and look brand new. Gordon used a specialist spray to ensure the property was safe from covid-19.Overall, he was punctual to the minute, efficient, friendly and made my dirty settee and carpets look so good.Lastly, I was provided with professional advice to avoid damaging my wool carpet in the future, using domestic carpet cleaning items.Much appreciated and thank you.

Gordon knows his stuff he has a wealth of knowledge about carpets, best advice is not to use those supermarket spray stain cleaners on tea, coffee or wine it bleaches the stain use towels to soak soak up a spillage and plain water and dab the area. Then call him this is what I done and carpet as good as new saved £400.00 carpet for £40.00.Thanks Gordon

I have used Gordon’s carpet cleaning services for over 14 years both personally and professionally, his work is exceptional, I often call him at times when we had emergency spills, after decorating or when workmen have carried out work in the house. I guess over the years he has been 20 odd times. I rarely recommend services and never on media platforms like this or to others for obvious reasons. But you will not go wrong giving 1st Choice a call...
