I purchased a vehicle from Euro Motor Company (EMC) last month with my brother. I usually reserve reviews until I've owned the car for a few weeks and managed to drive the car around enough to leave a proper review. Following one month of ownership and 2000 miles here we go.From the initial enquiry of the vehicle, I was spoken to by Ben, one of the sales executives who despite my enquiry being at the end of the working day still managed to send me the service history and a full 360 of the car which was immaculate. Great service.I subsequently booked an appointment, and the process was incredibly streamlined from start to finish. On the day I attended I was attended to by Jeff. Despite some initial issues which we quickly cleared up. Jeff was incredibly attentive, polite, and professional. I attended with my brother, and we built a strong rapport with Jeff who we had a lot in common with and he was incredibly helpful and a very nice guy.I agreed price and collected the vehicle the week following as I requested some things to be done to the vehicle. On collection was as described, immaculate and in pristine condition. Overall, my experience was that of a strong positive one. Payment was sorted on the day and Ben helped me with my tax. Logbook was transferred immediately and there were no issues at all.I collected the vehicle with a friend of mine who was impressed by the vehicle showroom and the knowledge, expertise and professionalism of Ben and the team. Overall, the car is great, and the experience was one I definitely will not forget.I requested some further paperwork regarding the vehicle a few days following purchase and aftercare was also great. My emails were promptly replied by Ben. Overall, a great experience and I am sure I will be back in the future. Thanks, guys, for a great experience! I highly recommend and will be sure to mention to friends and family for the exceptional service provided.

I was unfortunate enough to buy a car from this outfit in April 2022. The vehicle was not as advertised which I did not realise until after the transaction of the balance had been made. The vehicle was missing a key feature (which had been advertised as a fitted extra on the vendor’s website). Under the consumer rights act 2015, the vendor (Euro Motor Company) had broken the law, as they have an obligation to ensure the goods are as described. Despite the contract detailing my rights as a consumer should this event occur (section 14, revision date 08/04/22), the manager, Jeff Roberts was not willing to apply his own terms and conditions. I spoke to him over the phone a few times to explain my rights but he disagreed, saying I had signed something to say I’d accepted the vehicle as is at the point of purchase (which was a lie). I wrote a letter to Jeff stating my rights and what I expected him to do. This letter was not even acknowledged. I ended up having to fall back on section 75 of my credit card company to resolve the situation, which took almost a year and a lot of paperwork, phone calls and undue stress. In summary, BUYER BEWARE, the manager and, therefore, I suspect the rest of the salesman, do not understand the laws of trading in the UK and are willing to lie and twist the truth in any way they can to get away with breaking the law. They either do not understand the terms and conditions in their contracts or they are simply fraudsters. Do not buy a car from Euro Motor Company.
