Great place for walking the dog, gravel paths stop you from getting muddy. Although there are muddy tracks if you leave the gravel. Could easily walk for 1-2 hours. Some parting available but can be limited at times.

Absolutely fantastic place for walking and riding by bike. Lots of pathes and gravel roads. I was there in October and there was a little bit wet but this fact didn't spoil the walk. The Autumn forest is beautiful there!

Hemsted forest so very diverse beautiful walks some harder than others depends on how fit you are and beautiful wild flowers to see and different shrubs and trees and fungi all you have to do is keep your eyes open throughout the year
