It's a convenient parcel collection service that has yet to fail me once. Every time I use it, I get great customer service. Never lost a parcel and they are easy to contact for any questions. The online set up is easy too. 10/10

There are three units, Labelled A, B & C container boxes of various sizes to accommodate parcels/packages of various sizes.Unfortunately, one unit was not clearly labelled, Unit C.The label for that unit was not visible when standing in front of unit A &B.Otherwise a good service

Absolutely outstanding service. The girls in Jonesborough are so helpful and friendly. OOHPod has made a huge difference to me and my little business. Fantastic that I can also sent to the UK via Yodel through OOHPod also. The added benefit of being able to order oversized parcels is a huge bonus. A no hassle experience. Cheap too. Friendly and clear explanation, of how the system works. Drove from Dublin to collect my package which the seller does not deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Easy to find their place and plenty of parking spaces. So, thumbs up from Vinny.

Fantastic customer service.I had an oversized parcel delivered which couldn't be placed in a locker so I had to pick up in office. I was running late and sent a message asking if they'd be able to hang on for 5 minutes.They happily obliged and waited for me without.Very nice girls working in the Jonesborough office. Thanks so much.

Great business ,got a phone call to say my parcel had arrived and couldn't fit in a locker. They said they would mind it behind the reception area for me for whenever I got around to collecting it. I arrived to collect it and she had it for me within two minutes. Great hassle free service.
