Bought a 2010 Audi TT TDI from them, and found them to be pleasant and helpful. The cars 13 years old and I’d asked them to sort out some scrapes on the rear bumper as a condition to buying it, they did all the work as promised (admittedly I have now noticed the rear bumper is lighter than the rest of the car). After 8 weeks of owning the car it was losing coolant, they asked me to take it to a garage, they couldn’t find the leak, so they said bring it back and they will sort it, they found the EGR was losing coolant. They provided me with a loan car, and overall just good chaps! These things happen with used cars, I understand that but these guys went the extra mile to help me without me having to push for anything! This is a good honest dealer! Brought a BMW Active Tourer a little over a year ago. Auto trader stated price was over market value but I liked car so that was okay with me.Came with a warranty from Warrantied 2000. Around April car suspension completely went. Contacted Warranties 2000, who was by far one the worse company I dealt with, and after a month of messing me about said it was general wear and they would not cover it. I contacted Nick King was very unhelpful in helping me resolve this. Car was checked and services by Nick King before I brought car so surely if suspension coil was that eroded then they should have picked it up. Also mechanic said coils showed less than normal corrosion but company wouldn’t listen.I get you take your chances when you buy used cars which was why I negotiated an extended warranty for a year but they might as well have written a guarantee on a post it note.

We recently purchased our new family car and it was a seamless experience. We dealt with Steve, we lived a fair distance away so he went to the trouble of doing us a walk around video first so we could decide if it was a car we wanted to do the travel to see. When we went to view we didn't experience any pushy sales technique (a personal hate of mine) and was just left to view the car at our own pace but was able to ask the questions we wanted to. We viewed the car, test drove the car and collected the following week, Steve was helpful throughout the whole process and at no point were any expectations put on us. We have had the car just over a week now and we are very happy with it.

When i went here looking for a car to buy, it was very good. The people there were lovely and even showed me a car that they didn’t have out on display originally, which i ended up loving. Talked myself and my parents through everything we needed to know thoroughly. Thought they were very good.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. What a service! What a car! Professional, kind and genuinely funny, Steve listened carefully to our needs and came up with the perfect vehicle, making us both feel confident and right at home from our first conversation to the completion of our purchase. All this and helpful and generous to boot. I am not going anywhere else to buy a car in future, Nick King will get my only call, they are that good. Bravo!

This is the third time we have purchased a car from here and yet again fantastic service. Tom was great, very friendly and efficient and happy to chat through different cars until I found the right one!Had a couple of bits I wanted sorting on the car and this was dealt with by Rob who again was fantastic, kept me informed of progress and was so patient.Overall I would highly recommend, open and honest which is just what you want.

Took my mum here to view a car I spotted on the website, very quick look round the car before meeting Steve. Within minutes we were taking it out on a test drive, came back and bought it! Steve was absolutely incredible so friendly helpful approachable just out right perfect for the job! He made the whole process completely painless for us both! We asked for a couple of things to be looked into and fixed before we took it and this was done! Highly recommend!!!

14/12/2024First time I have used this garage and was very pleased with the service I received, Steve was very helpful and the other staff very friendly but what did it for me was the fact there was no pressure to buy anything all you had to do was ask if you needed something that's how it should be, needless to say I bought a vehicle and collected it today very pleased,I would have no problem recommending this dealership or using again in the futureBarry kelsall

Found the car we wanted on Nick King Car Sales website and went to see it.They offered a decent price for our car in part-ex and was able to do the deal that day. The car was valeted and serviced before being delivered (delivery at extra cost).Tom, the salesman we dealt with was matter of fact, polite and friendly and there was no feeling that we were being pushed into a sale or over charged.Very pleased with the car and the service we received.
