If I could give this agency no stars I would. Had an email asking me to attend a registration open day. Turned up and 5he attitude of the woman I spoke to was awful. It was yes what do you want, what work are you after, where, where have you worked before. It was like an interrogation. Then she said to do the registration online. I told her I wasn't asked to do that. She then said we'll that's how we do it now. My 0hone battery nearly dead so 8 couldn't do 8t on my phone and only 1 tablet in the office that someone was already using. Shocking really terrible and unprofessional.

31/05/22. Not sure its still operating cant get through on the phone during office hours and went I was in town today door was locked, nobody answered the buzzer and couldnt see lights. Could be wrong but just putting it out there so people dont waste time.

I have always found the Meridian staff at the Newcastle branch to be polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had any problems or issues and I’ve found their attention to detail reassuring. I’m always kept updated on any new available jobs.

Communication is shocking never received a wage slip and still waiting to be paid never had an issue with agencies but this one just seems a wrong one like I say no wages been paid to me for the work I have done

Meridian are always my 'go to' recruitment agency whenever I am looking for a new challenge. They never fail to find a role that is perfect for me. Georgia is a star. She got to know me and identified the ideal role for me, and I have now been taken on from short term temp on a fixed term contract.
