Jem carpets. Was wonderful I had two bedrooms and hallway and fitted by William who was a top guy. Very professional and polite so pleased with carpet and laying. As I think a caravan can be very tiricky to lay as ther is a lot of small cut out areas but no problem for William. Well done. Will certainly use jems again and ask for William too fit

Wonderful store. I had an awkward space to floor and needed the flooring that day. The guys looked at my measurements then showed me a selection I could take that day, including a grey with rose gold detail which I bought. It was all very efficient, friendly, helpful and even a very reasonable price.

Really impressed from start to finish. Helpful people in the warehouse who patiently answered all my questions, person who came out to measure up was on time and did a great job. William and his colleague who did the fitting have done a brilliant job; we were nervous as had just had the hall painted so expected some damage. Paintwork hasn’t been touched! They were very thorough, took time around the tricky corners and they’ve made a relatively cheap carpet look very expensive from the quality of their work. Thank you! All about this company is in the attached photo. They had all the car park free, but decided to park on the pavement to show their contempt for pedestrians. These are the values respected by this company. If they have the same respect for people's property, good luck to their customers.

Many thanks to John Mcgougan for his help sourcing my carpet. Great service and price.I little hiccup with the underlay but that was quickly sorted.The fitters did an excellent job too.

Got 3 bathrooms floored with vinyl. Experience in the showroom was fine and it was cheap but the fitting was rubbish.Was told we would get a call before arrival and the guys just turned up.Two of the rooms had the vinyl fitted squint and they have a tile pattern. One room is square so it's not that noticeable but the other is a rectangle and it looks really rubbish.The vinyl was stuck down with spray adhesive and they've gotten that all over the tiles / skirting boards and it's coming up already. The guys left all their offcuts, empty glue tin and the trimmings behind...later on in the day I found they had left two massive cardboard tubes in the front garden. I had glanced over the job before they left so I probably shouldn have checked more thoroughly. Not fussed for having them back to fix it given how poorly the first attempt was.
