Allbatteries

I ordered a sealed battery from Allbatteries for my Suzuki gs500. The battery was chosen for its high cranking current and the fact it was a sealed cell type. The battery did take a few days to arrive but it was delivered within the stated delivery times and I was kept well informed about the order. The battery was priced very competitively and has a two year warranty. I will most certainly use this company again when one of my other bikes requires a battery.

Second time I've used this company and both times have had excellent service and communication. Difficult to find the battery I was looking for so delighted that they had it in stock. Not only that, it was at a good price. So good that I decided to go for a repeat order. Thanks very much

Delighted with my purchase, I bought a lithium ion motorcycle battery, much lighter and more reliable than the original version. Great communication from Allbatteries, kept me up to date on delivery progress, price was much the same as everyone else. Product arrived quickly, well packaged and with good instructions on how to use it properly. Good service, thanks.

Excellent service. Battery delivery was slightly delayed with all the new Brexit import rules but Allbatteries kept me well informed all the way and it actually arrived earlier than they said. Nice Lead Crystal battery too. Well pleased with them.

This is my 3rd large order for Emergency light batteries MGN 9018. Dispatched from France. Service second to non. No failure of previous batteries so will order again next year.

Great lads got me loaded and on my way very quickly. BE WARNED IF IN ARTIC THE MERCEDES SERVICE SHOP AT START OF STREET PARK CAR'S ALL THE WAY ALONG HERE EVEN UNDER SIGN SAYING NO PARKING TRUCKS TURNING AND DOUBLE YELLOW LINES AND THESE ARE CUSTOMERS CARS (wouldn't want to explain how side of car is scratched and damaged chap in warehouse has told them not to park here but still do only time will tell.

Absolutely dire service. Ordered a battery 28/04/22. Still not received it as apparently parcel force tried to deliver it and as no one was at home they returned it to their depot. I called yesterday to be told that coupled with Allbatteries qouting the wrong name and address for me. Now after calling today again, I have to wait for parcel force to get back to Allbatteries so I can be updated on what is happening. I said I have no confidence I receiving the order I placed. I asked for the money to be put back in my account which takes 5 working days. Dire service, dire customer relations, would not recommend Allbatteries to my worst enemy.

I ordered the battery from them as they are quite local so thought it would be quite a quick delivery.Even though I was told my battery was ready for dispatch 2 days later, it took them nearly a week to send it (from FRANCE) and then a further week to arrive.Fortunately the battery did eventually arrive and it works so at least that's a positive.

Promised one working day despatch. Message said my order was in preparation" on the third day. Rang to query - phone was on auto cut-off - five times. Messaged them and they phoned back. Said my order was in France - delivery 10-12 days. I said I wanted to cancel. Told impossible as it had been sent (this must have taken place during the phone call). I said I wanted a refund. They said I should wait 10-12 days and then refuse to accept the parcel. They would then refund (which could take another 7 days). Said I would complain to Paypal. Then a miracle happened. I contacted Paypal and the parcel (which couldn't be stopped) was stopped. Paypal found in my favour and I got refund. They might sell decent batteries at decent prices

Sourced a replacement battery for my XL650 V6. Very happy with the price and the delivery time. My OEM batt has lasted 12 years, I wonder how this one will do. Only negative point was the terminals were a little fiddly to bolt up unlike the Honda battery.
