I have just been helped by Ayrton of HandO IT.My main work computer would not switch on, as I work from home this was both heart sinking and worrying with clients awaiting drawings.My computer was diagnosed within hours and a reconditioned Dell ordered. My hard drive was transferred and within a few days I was sat working again. Ayrton kept me informed daily with an informative and relaxed, reassuring approach. I would not hesitate to call him again, and it also saved my company a great deal of money.

My MacBook Pro wouldn't charge or switch on after water spill. Ayrton replaced the main board and got it working like it did before in a few days. Great service, reasonably priced and very quick. I would definitely recommend.

My computer decided to start crashing on me, and as a gamer with a some experience with pc issues, my mates and I tried many options to fix the problem, but couldn't. So I contacted Hando IT and dropped my PC off to get checked and fixed. The guy who took in my PC was great, took some time analysing the problems which is to be expected, and gave me updates accordingly. After finding the problem, he managed to source a new graphics card for me within my budget, and had it all sorted! Very happy with my experience and would recommend even if you think you can do it yourself!

Very pleased with the service from Ayrton, he upgraded my extinct iMac - (according to Apple,)she is now 10 years old. Running slow and cd/dvd not working. Felt an upgrade was worth it, so glad I did, running a lot faster with a new motherboard, future proofed it for the next ? years, accepting that High Sierra is the last software it will run on for what I need that is fine.He did a great job, speedy, good communication, very reasonably priced, can happily recommend his service.

I had a broken iMac in which the hard drive was completely gone. HandO IT installed a replacement SSD and in a short span of time I had my computer back up and running. The Mac now works brilliantly, and I was very pleased by the price of the repairs as well. Very good value and service.

Great service, looked at my laptop for free (unlike the other company near me that wanted £80 just to look at it!!) so I was really relieved to only be charged £45 for the new keyboard to be fitted, including labour, so I'm grateful. The work did take longer than originally stated but it was worth it. Thank you!

Had a solid state drive fitted to my iMac to replace the hard drive that had all but ground to a halt and it has brought my computer back to life. Had a bit of a wait for the drive to arrive but the end result is a computer that now works brilliantly and is super fast. I would recommend and will use again.
