Absolutely fantastic location to eat. A must try. The food is amazing. The service was fantastic. The lasy went above and beyond to make sure we was looked after. Got some great tables to either sit with others or somewhere for a couple to sit.

I really didn't like the food here. It didn't feel fresh, had too much wasabi on the sushi & my son couldn't eat it-we were told this is just how it comes. Miso soup was ok. It was more expensive than other japanese chains, they charge you extra to eat in. Seats are uncomfortable though so you may as well save a few quid and go find a bench elsewhere.

Very pleasant cafe with extremely fast service and great quality food. Very chill and calm, a lovely place to sit and unwind while enjoying sushi, noodles, gyoza or mochi.

Looking for a quick lunch we ended up here because our daughter fancied Sushi.The place is all but environment friendly as they serve the food in the restaurant not on plates but in the boxes they are probably using for delivery too. An absolute no go for me - so my first time there was also my last time.The Sushi were okay but by far not as nice a from the place we usually order. Rice and noodle bowl were a bit on the small side, rather a snack then a full meal. Taste was okay-ish. The edamame was not cooked long enough. Good food is surely different.I am honestly curious if they will still exist next time we are in Milton Keynes

In the main shopping area near John Lewis, itsu offers a tasty change from the usual fast food options. A comprehensive menu of healthy Japanese dishes, prepared in minutes. A choice of eating in or takeaway. Friendly staff & nice atmosphere.

We had a takeaway and it was yum yum, it was a medium pot and it was enough for 2 people to eat, we had the Thai chicken rice bowl, it was full of flavours, and will definitely try the other ones next time.
