I’m currently having Micro-needling with my very lovely therapist Taylor and she is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what I want to achieve. She’s very helpful,friendly and brilliant.I have always received very excellent service by her. Such a lovely and friendly clinic. I’ve spoken to several people there, and they’ve offered nothing but reassurance and guidance and provided so much helpful insight. I had microneedling done with Joshua and they were FANTASTIC, so sweet, kind, and patient with me. Masie and Amanda were also wonderful in their interactions and help with Joshua for additional skincare to try and to ensure everything was smooth. Wonderful experience, thank you! ♥️

Very professional customer service from Taylor. She explained the whole procedure and was easy to talk to. Thank you.I had my first appointment today with Molly.She was professional and asked me questions before the treatment (medical situation, etc) which I think is important they check those things with the client each time.The treatment was quick though, I was expecting it to last 45min, but was done in less than 20. After reading other reviews, I'm not sure this is a good thing.But we will see the results in few weeks.

My treatment today I found excellent, Taylor was very professional, and made me feel very comfortable and confident.The Hydra facial was very soothing, and hydrating, left my face to feel and look extremely glowing. I was very happy with the results.Taylor Recommended this facial especially for my skin type and I look forward to going back for another one.I definitely recommend Taylor for all your treatments at Therapie Clinic Bath.

Great experience with my therapist, Molly, today. Everything was fully explained and I was made to feel really comfortable. The treatment (underarm laser) was super quick and the discomfort was minimal. Can’t wait for my next session! Thanks Molly x

I had my laser with Molly a couple of days ago and she was so patient with me. I’m very sensitive and find the laser a lot more uncomfortable than someone else would but Molly was very helpful, gave me a stressful ball, turned the air up for me and did everything she could to help me have the best experience possible. The staff was really kind and helpful. They always put a smile on your face! The clinic is always clean and the people are professional. I had the face peels to treat my acne and I can say without hesitation that my acne is fully gone with three sessions. This place is magical. I cannot recommend enough Therapie clinic!

I had an appointment with Freya recently for hair laser removal on my underarms. I felt really nervous about it as it was my first time having it done and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Freya soon made me feel at ease after talking me through the process! I felt really relaxed throughout the whole process thanks to Freya’s professionalism. I will definitely be back!

I just had my first laser hair removal treatment with Freya and i can’t wait for my next one :-)She was very welcoming and talked me through the whole process to put my mind at ease before she started to do the treatment. I haven’t felt any discomfort during the treatment which was amazing!
