READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ALL THE SAME THEME!!!!! I am afraid it has come to the fact we have to leave a review despite giving Delux Deco months to rectify the issues with our broken chairs. First of all they cleverly do not tell you the products are made in China; they appear to promote a British manufacturing business. We ordered 10 cinema chairs and waited 15 weeks for delivery and on arrival 4 chairs were broken (40%) of the order. This was in May. We are still waiting some 6 months later for 2 chairs to be fixed. It is shocking customer service. Once they have your money the service declines rapidly. They contract out the repairs to a company who are slow, weeks to come and have a look and then they have to order parts! guess where from? China! another 15 - 20 weeks for the parts to arrive and then you have to wait for the company to come back out. They refuse to look at another broken chair and said they will have a look when the parts arrive to save two visits. So we wait 15 weeks for a part and then they look at another chair and it needs parts. wow now 30 weeks. Seriously avoid this company. it is our fault you pay for what you get; cheap China parts and chairs that break. Don't waste your time or money go somewhere else and pay a little more. P.S. we are still waiting some 6 months later for a chair to be looked at let alone waiting for the parts. We have sold our house so all rather rubbish. Do they care nah on to the next. This would be zero stars if it could be. I am selling my chairs second hand and buying some decent ones. oh and this was a £14,000 order! Cheap rubbish. Don't be fooled.

The quality of the furniture is second to none. Be under no illusions, this isn't Ikea light weight affordable furniture - this is premium quality furniture. It is very heavy and made from quality materials. The soft close drawer and door uses a high quality engineered mechanism. Everything was packaged securely and received damaged-free from their trusted suppliers.Our floating cabinet and shelf took 6-8 weeks to arrive as they are manufactured to order but believe me, they are worth the wait especially if you want to have something different to the usual you see in high street furniture shops. There is a cut out to allow wiring for the soundbar to come through. The rear of the cabinet isn't structural and so can also be cut out to allow access for sockets and other wiring.One piece of advice (as Delux Deco would likely also agree), use a professional tradesman like a joiner to get it installed. The furniture is solid and heavy as its high quality and so you will want to ensure appropriate fixings are used depending on the type of wall you have. For our floating cabinet, we used threaded bars chemically fixed in and bolted the fixings to them securely (hope this helps anyone else who purchases this type of furniture). You could probably stand on the floating unit now.I'd like to thank Delux Deco for keeping me appraised every step of the way after ordering. We are delighted with how our install turned out. Had an amazing experience with my new sofa, from start to finish I knew I was in safe hands. It was a hard decision buying a sofa I hadn’t seen in real life or sat on it, however I arranged a video call and we spent time going through the measurements and options. I put my trust in them and I have an amazing sofa now that I am so pleased with. Even the delivery service was amazing. I would now always use Delux Deco for future purchases without hesitation especially with the wats app support as the contact is super easy and they are very efficient. They really do go out of their way to get what you’re looking for

Great experience. Company were not local but offered an online appointment to discuss and view sofas in their showroom and get us the right one.Online updates/text messages regarding progress of build/delivery. Electric recliner leather sofa arrived and is exactly what we were looking for and we were happy with the cost.

We just received our 2 new white Italian sofas. They arrived in perfect condition. The delivery men (Eisa and Jason from Alliance Moving Services Ltd) were excellent. They were on time and very careful not causing any damage when move in. We want to thanks Delux Deco for your first class product and service!

Outstanding service and quality of goods. Initially very apprehensive of buying a sofa online without first seeing it. However from the very first phone call, Ran was amazing, he took us on a virtual tour of our sofa, sent us videos of the sofa regarding measurements re delivery etc. Nothing was too much trouble for him. On ordering we were told 6 - 10 weeks, but it actually came in 4 weeks. Delivery guys Paul and Lee were fantastic, made several attempts to carry the sofa up the stairs to situate it. We had a follow up call from Ran on the delivery day to make sure we were happy. Best customer service I have had. I recommend Delux Decor and will definitely be using them again.

What can I say? Delux Deco have been outstanding.From the moment I contacted them with a simple question they have been superb.I was able to video call with the store and was guided around the product that I was interested in. Leather samples were sent to me to make my choice without the need to visit the store. (not possible in the current times)I purchased the 2 Universal Ultimate chairs purely from the online experience and when they arrived I was more impressed than I could have possibly of hoped for. The quality of the product is incredible and they are so comfortable. The massage function and drinks coolers are certainly no gimmick and are an absolute must in my eyes.The information and support from Graham and Colin throughout my purchase considering the current pandemic situation has been first class.Delux Deco are definitely going to be the first place I turn to in the future for any similar purchases.Well done guys. Great products,service and after sales. Something that that is missing in a lot of retailers.

So pleased with our new sofas! The high quality promise has not disappointed. The team at Delux Deco have been so helpful and very welcoming when we visit the showroom and they have always been very easy to get hold of if we had any questions. The velvet material is unbelievably soft and it's a dream to sit on. We wanted a big and bold statement piece and the camargue U shape, black velvet is just that and more! When i placed my order i was recommended to purchase an extra front and back pillow for the back left hand corner, which i am very pleased we did as it could look a little uneven without it now. The delivery drivers were also so friendly, polite and respectful. All round great experience. Thank you Delux Deco.

I just wanted to let you know we have had our cinema chairs almost two years now and we are extremely happy. We use the cinema on a very regular basis and the chairs have faired extremely well, we have also had a glass of milk spilt on one which cleaned up without a problem. They are without doubt not only the best value cinema chairs but the best quality, the comfort and durability is fantastic. I would highly recommend the chairs and your company to anyone wanting luxury cinema chairs
