In the worst conditions this country has seen Dave helped me over the phone with a frozen condensing pipe I had had no heating for 24 hours in -6 conditions , British Gas who put in my glow worm boiler and charge me high monthly maintenance contract fees had taken their phones off the hook - Dave came to my rescue told me what to do unfreeze pipes and lag and hot air blower Into boiler cavity rectified the issue and the non ignition - he saved the day and made no money in the process this guy is a HERO !! In a time of need - big thanks x I am cancelling my British Gas contract and will use Dave in future - and I hope anyone reading this uses him too - Donna of Long Wittenham
