If I could give this company zero star rating I would. Terrible company. Been trying to resolve issues with them since 2019 and we are still no further on. Once again they are trying to charge us for a service we don't receive. They never answer the many complaints we have submitted and just send us round in circles.

We have had a dispute with this company for the last 18 months, a charge was made for a collection which didn’t happen despite the fact that they have acknowledged that they have agreed in writing to call the office prior to collection. They conveniently delayed the dispute until after the annual contract roll over took place resulting in us being unable to leave for another 6 months. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Rarely feel the need to give a business a bad review, but Shred-It have been awful. We were miss sold the 'trial' and are now being charged extremely inflated costs for services not carried out. Be wary.

Incompetent bafoons. Unfortunately I have had to use this company on numerous occasions. I have always been let down and left scratching my head at their sheer stupidity. Cant recommend enough to find someone else.
