Would definitely recommend! Bought a bike blind due to COVID and even though I haven’t ridden in years, or bought a bike in almost 10 after calling and speaking with the team all my concerns were gone.Through their help I was able to buy the correct size with all questions answered.The bike was ordered on Friday and arrived on the Tuesday via TNT, it was packaged very well and I was given tracking numbers etc.I was a little hesitant as their website isn’t the most user friendly / high tech however rest assured they are genuine and I’m glad I pulled the trigger!

Wonderful! Bought the Proframe Fox Full face helmet, I've ordered countless of these only to have them say its actually out of stock so I called UK Bikes Depot to check and they looked and confirmed that it was in stock. I placed the order online - cheaper than the others I had 'bought' and it came the next day via TNT. Brilliant service, very polite, kept me informed via email of progress. Will definitely order again - thank you :)

I visited cycle gear today after enquiring over the phone about some new tyres. They didnt have the exact ones I wanted but I was offered a different brand that were in stock. They were really helpful and found me a great set of tyres for my e bike and they kindly put them on for me at no extra charge. Excellent customer service !

Excellent seller, purchased a Cube E-Bike from these guys for a very competitive price.The bike was slightly damaged upon delivery (nothing to do with the seller, the bike was well packed, it was just normal courier type damage)The company attended to it very quickly and professionally - highly recommend these guys.
