Visited today @7.35. Fairly busy. 2 staff serving and Manager/Supervisor shouts for 3rd member to jump on till as she and other staff member walks out. When I eventually get served and walk out the 2 staff are smoking right outside.Appalling service and judgement.

Went in here at 17:45 to litter all over the tables and the floor. Has not been cleaned internally all afternoon, and the two weird men with leather jacket on is sitting there.

Love Greggs campaign to stimulate customers to use less plastic by selling £2 reusable cup plus a free coffee with it + price reduction when you buy a coffee and use the reusable cup! Brilliant idea. Their coffee is good for value, pastry too!

Had a slight mixup with my order, a young lad called Ben helped me out straight away without hesitation, with a lot of verbal respect and an obvious commitment to the job, great staff, great food.
