Had my car re mapped by Chris at short notice.He took time to explain everything before doing it and then once job was done came for a test drive. The level of customer service is 10/10 will definitely be in touch for more work to be done when and if needed.

Tab Automotive run by Chris is a very reliable, efficient and economical service. Chris is very knowledgeable and he is clearly very experienced. I am a novice when it comes to the running of a car, but Chris has never taken undue advantage of this. I found him just by chance and have utilised his services on a few occasions. He identifies the faults very quickly and this way he has always saved me money and time. Over and above this, he is friendly, courteous and neat in his work. I recommend Chris and Tab Automotive very highly.

Had my Audi A4 fully serviced, as well as replacements for the cambelt and water pump. Also needed a regeneration for my particulate trap bank as engine light kept coming on.All problems and changes done within half a day at my doorstep. Would recommend to anyone.

heavy rain drove S Class thru a flooded stream, Bottom engine submerged, no suspension on 4 wheels. in Iver, drove 2 TAB Automotive, never used a mobile mechanic, not sure if i should give him a £85k merc s class, but read his reviews and called. Chris did diagnostic cheaper than my mechanic Essex, told exactly what needed even tried source cheaper suppliers , found used suspension compressor on ebay , chris confirmed correct part, he took 40 mins 2 fit it and was £100 cheaper than my own mechanic in essex. suspension is perfect !! Highly recommend Chris 4 any vehicle, if i need anything done to my car now its worth the drive to iver.

First time having a pre purchase car inspection. Firstly, Chris is VERY thorough. No stone was left unturned and he did ALL the extra checks I requested. He fitted me in with short notice, and overall timing was impeccable. Communicated well, feedback was prompt, I'm really impressed. Immediate photos sent to me, allowing me to think and ask extra questions whiles he was still there. He answered these promptly, a very attentive service with a friendly approach.

Chris is a genius. My Van was off road for almost two months, other mechanics tried everything but couldn’t find the fault. Took Chris less than 5 mins to diagnose the fault.I was back on the road within one hour. Thank you Chris for coming on time and most importantly getting the problem sorted. Highly recommend.

Called Chris because my wife's Mokka was losing coolant.He turned up promptly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. Showed me the problem with the part he replaced and explained everything.Reasonably priced, will use again.

Explaining and agreeing on the work with Chris was a breeze, and we communicated ahead of the planned day to ensure the timings worked for both of us. The work itself was very good quality, as Chris is very knowledgeable and very clean - I will definitely use Chris again for all my household cars.
